We reserve the right to terminate access to this website for any user who violates these Terms.

By submitting a booking request through our website, you are requesting a reservation for a training course. Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Course fees are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled course start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

All participants must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and permitted by applicable law. Participants must present a valid government-issued photo ID on the day of the course. Participants under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances will not be permitted to participate and will forfeit their registration fee. Pinnacle Arms LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a course for unsafe behavior or failure to follow instructor directions.

Firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury or death. By registering for and participating in any course offered by Pinnacle Arms LLC, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Arms LLC, its instructors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any course or use of this website. A separate liability waiver will be required to be signed in person before participating in any course.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of Pinnacle Arms LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohave County, Arizona.
